THE CASE FOR AUTONOMOUS IT

What could your people do
with that time back?

The opportunity is bigger than running a command. AutoSolve takes on the investigation, the choice of a fix, the permitted action and the checks around it.

Build a case around the work your company actually handles. See what changes operationally, model the capacity it could release, and define what a pilot must prove.

01 / THE OPERATING MODEL

AutoSolve does the work.
Your team sets the boundaries.

Choose a starting point. Follow the work that would otherwise move between a queue, an engineer and several tools.

THE STARTING POINT

“My application won’t open.”

From a request to a checked repair.

Inspect an actual application repair
  1. 01

    Identify

AutoSolve connects the request to the authorized user and affected device. It discovers the target environment instead of assuming an operating system.

  2. 02

    Investigate

The agent collects permitted evidence: application responses, configuration, processes and other relevant system facts.

  3. 03

    Work out a fix

AutoSolve evaluates useful past resolutions. When none fits, AI generates a new solution using the observed evidence and target constraints.

  4. 04

    Apply policy

AutoSolve evaluates the actual action and target against company policy. Eligible work can proceed automatically; required review stays with an authorized person.

  5. 05

    Act and check

The connected agent performs the authorized action. Separate verification checks test the result; command completion alone is not recovery.

  6. 06

    Close the loop

The result is recorded, the employee can confirm whether work is restored, and successes or failures inform future resolution selection.

Workflow illustrations, not live executions. Your pilot confirms the connections, allowed actions and verification needed for your environment.

02 / YOUR CAPACITY MODEL

Put your workload
behind the opportunity.

Use non-overlapping groups of work. Estimate how much is eligible and the human time that remains—including approvals, failed attempts and exceptions.

YOUR WORKLOAD
01 Employee supportStart here
Employee support assumptions

Application problems, device issues, recurring help requests.

02 System incidentsAdd this workload
System incidents assumptions

Recurring service failures, alerts and infrastructure investigation.

03 Recurring operationsAdd this workload
Recurring operations assumptions

Repeated checks, diagnostics and operational procedures.

Add the economics Optional

Use the blended labor rate for the people doing this work. Enter known or budgeted automation costs separately; blank means unknown.

Do not add a provider invoice if it already pays for the same labor. A fixed help-desk contract does not shrink automatically when ticket volume falls.

Your numbers stay on this page. No email is required to calculate or download. They are sent only if you choose to include them in an inquiry and submit it.

03 / THE INVESTMENT DECISION

Make a pilot earn
the next step.

Your case gets stronger when assumptions become observed results. Agree these measures before connecting the first workflow.

Define the pilot with us
FIT

What work can it take on?

Eligible share of actual requests. Reachable targets, required access and reliable input data. Keep unsupported cases in the denominator.

OUTCOME

Did the problem stay resolved?

Execution, verification and user confirmation tracked separately. Record reopens, failed attempts and repeated incidents.

EFFORT

How much human work remains?

Measure investigation, approvals, exceptions, maintenance and follow-up—not just time spent clicking “Run.”

ECONOMICS

Is the released capacity worth the cost?

Compare measured people-time with software, model, infrastructure, integration and support costs. Treat contract savings as a separate decision.
