AUTOSOLVE FOR EMPLOYEE IT SUPPORT

A request for help.
A way back to work.

“My app is frozen.” “I can’t connect.” “This keeps happening.” Employees should be able to describe the problem and let AutoSolve do the technical work.

AutoSolve investigates the connected system, uses relevant past resolutions or generates a new solution, performs eligible actions under your company’s policy, and checks the result.

A COMPLETED PRODUCT TEST · OCTOBER 20, 2026

From an employee request
to a checked action.

An individually signed-in employee submitted a frozen-app request. On the enrolled Windows test device, AutoSolve completed the following workflow:

  1. 01

Identify the right device and app.

AutoSolve resolved the assigned target and the running application from system evidence. The employee did not supply a process number.

  2. 02

    Apply the company’s policy.

The configured policy automatically authorized this specific action on this specific agent, bound to the final signed plan. No separate human approval was needed.

  3. 03

Do the work and check it.

The native agent closed the test application and its required check passed. Independent inspection confirmed the original process was gone; the application was then reopened.

  4. 04

Keep the employee in the loop.

The employee result and resolved feedback were saved and reloaded through the application’s API. Execution evidence remained attached to the request.

What this example establishes

This was a real API-to-native-agent execution using a synthetic application, not a customer deployment. It demonstrates an automatically authorized close action and its verification on Windows. It does not establish recovery of every frozen application, preservation of unsaved work, or the same result on every operating system.

The wider product can learn and generate solutions; this particular completed action used an existing capability. The website’s separate recordings show AI solution generation and a human-approved Linux execution.

THE VALUE IS THE WORK AROUND THE FIX

Give the help desk
fewer steps to repeat.

Investigate before escalating.

Gather the affected target’s available runtime, resource and application evidence. Ask for missing context when the system cannot establish it.

Use the team’s experience.

Bring actionable resolution history into the investigation. Recorded successes, failures and employee feedback help rank future candidates.

Create a solution when needed.

AI can generate a new response from the request, target evidence and constraints. The employee does not have to become a script author.

Return a result people understand.

Keep completed actions, verification checks and unresolved issues distinct. A finished command is not automatically a recovered incident.

AUTOMATIC WHERE AUTHORIZED

Your people ask for help.
Your policy governs action.

Eligible work can execute automatically when the actual plan, target, risk and confidence satisfy the configured company policy. A device assignment or familiar ticket description alone does not authorize every action.

Work requiring review, missing access or unresolved uncertainty goes to the appropriate next step with the reason attached. Employees should not have to approve routine diagnostics or understand implementation details.

Review execution controls

Bring three recurring requests.

We will map each one to the employee journey, the systems it touches, the work AutoSolve can perform and the exceptions a person still handles.

  • Your ticket and identity systems
  • Device ownership, operating systems and available agents
  • Existing resolution notes and allowed actions
  • Required outcome checks and escalation owners

A pilot measures verified outcomes, remaining technician time and failed cases against your current process.

Discuss my support workload

No credentials or employee records needed for the first conversation. Scope and commercial terms agreed before paid work.

Before you connect

Does AutoSolve replace our ticketing system?

You can evaluate employee intake and configured ticket integrations alongside your existing service desk. Establish how requests, work notes, ownership and outcomes move between systems during setup.

Does every repair require an employee’s approval?

No. The company configures execution policy. Eligible actions can be automatically authorized; actions outside that scope require the applicable review. A changed plan or target is evaluated again.

Is this only for Windows?

No. AutoSolve discovers the target’s operating system, runtime and available execution path. Endpoint agents and configured cloud connections have different requirements. The completed example above is Windows-specific evidence; compatibility is checked for each target.

Can we eliminate all outsourced support immediately?

Use measured workload coverage to make that decision. Start with representative requests, count exceptions and remaining human effort, and compare total operating costs. No blanket replacement percentage is promised.
