Information you provide

The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional organization, area of interest, and message. We use these details to evaluate and respond to your request, arrange a demonstration, and discuss a potential engagement. The form is not a newsletter subscription.

Website operations

AWS hosts the website and processes form submissions. Inquiry details are stored in an access-controlled database and may be delivered to the operator’s email inbox. Technical request metadata may be processed for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. The form uses a temporary rate-limit identifier derived from the source IP address; it does not store the raw IP address in the inquiry record.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records are configured to expire from the website database after 180 days. AWS expiration is asynchronous. Related correspondence may remain in email or business records where needed for the conversation or an engagement. You may request access, correction, or deletion by email, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics cookies. Fonts and product images are hosted with the site. Links to external services are governed by those services’ policies. No customer production-system data is requested by this marketing website.

Your pilot brief

The pilot planner keeps unfinished entries in the current page. Choosing “Use in an inquiry” temporarily stores your brief in this browser tab so the contact form can retrieve it. The form reads and removes that temporary copy. The brief is not sent to the server until you submit the inquiry. Export and clipboard actions occur only when you choose them.

Future changes

If the website’s data practices change, this notice will be updated. Product deployments and pilot data handling are addressed separately in the applicable engagement terms.
